Possible Fonts - Masthead
We used DaFont.com to locate and find fonts to use. We aimed to create our own film magazine (not specifically horror themed). We settled on criteria for the typography to be simplistic and bold. These are the ones we picked out.

Magazine Covers that we like/are influenced by

we had the idea that instead of creating a conventional horror magazine we would make a normal film magazine but edit the font to make a kind of themed magazine and then we can focus on big film magazines that have been released as well as looking specifically at their Halloween editions and their themed ones. we looked at this empire one as it caught all of our eyes as they have specifically changed the font to fit the style of it.
